One of the few advantages of having a painful broken wrist is feeling justified in spending money on beauty; a relaxing massage, facial, or having my hair professionally styled. Unfortunately my exercise/dance and pilate classes are on the back burner but I can still go for vigorous walks. Which are your favorites ie who is the best for manicures, highlighting, a weightloss program, yoga, or acupuncture? Make your opinion count by voting in What’s Up? Magazines’ first Best in Beauty and Fitness contest. Take a few moments to vote in ALL the categories for either Annapolis or the Eastern Shore at the What’s Up? Magazine website.
The winners will be profiled in our September magazines as part of our special Looking Good Feeling Great section, published once a year. They will be further congratulated at Best Of 2011, speaking of which don’t forget to buy your tickets and mark your calendar for Best Of 2010, June 24th at the Loews Annapolis Hotel.
Bella Lifestyle Nail Salon for manicures/pedicures. I always get excellent service and a good looking manicure/pedicure at Bella’s. Their prices are fair and affordable. I am always able to get an appointment when I need one and they are always on time. They definitely get my vote!
